Our very first figure competition. Kim Audette was our tremendous trainer! Michelle, Denette and I worked hard, ate little, and drank tons of water!!! Such a cool experience!
When Mandy started she never lifted weights, had a hard time with balance and could not do one push up. It has been two months and Mandy is stronger than ever, has great balance and is doing 20 PUSHUPS! Mandy has told me she has never felt better than she does now. Mandy has learned how to eat well and make fitness a part of her life. Here is husband and wife training together!

I went to a figure competition with my mom and I told her I wanted to do start training to compete. My mom said if you are serious I will train you and make you a champ and SHE DID! I now have my pro card in figure.
